After spending 30 years of being in credit management, working for mainly "larger" firms, it became apparent that many medium and small firms lacked the experience and know-how to collect their own debts and defend themselves when sued.

Many suffered cash flow issues, as customers did not pay, and were at the same time pressed by their suppliers for payment, an unfortunate double whammy.
